I have found that I just will not practice my Channeling and Trance Mediumship skills without having a "purpose" of assistance, so I am recording and transcribing messages from Spirit as I get to know and work with my Spirit Team. I expect it will become more fluid over time, and it will allow me to see the progression.   I hope you may find some useful nuggets here.
